Insurance Coverage
If you have any questions about insurance coverage, billing or payments please call our office at 415-666-2525. We gladly accept most health insurance plans from many major carriers. Covered benefits may include some transgender procedures. We invite you to research this with your carrier. If you elect to have surgery, we require patients to pre-pay the patient contribution of the total cost. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our office policies.
